How to select a linear module slide table and what are the necessary parameters for a linear module quotation
When we receive customer quotation information, we first need to understand the customer's usage environment and conditions:
1. Whether the usage environment is high temperature, high humidity, or has a lot of dust (the difference between selecting enclosed modules or semi enclosed modules);
2. The required functions (single axis module, cross slide, vertical or three-axis slide, etc.) and installation methods (horizontal, vertical, side mounted, inverted);
3. What is the load weight of the linear module;
4. What is the stroke of each linear module;
5. What is the maximum speed of the linear module;
6. What is the required accuracy for the slide module;
7. Is the driving method used for the slide table module screw drive or synchronous belt drive;
8. Related accessories and motors (servo, stepper);
