1、 A few insights:
1. Life is like a play, play is like life. The expansion journey is more of a game imitation of work scenarios, and also a reflection of work and life. The PK performance of a game team is closely related to the mentality and cooperation of team members. Our failure in the water bottle throwing game is like a magic mirror that exposes the current situation of our team (too many opinions, lack of concentration in decision-making, insufficient execution, fear of failure and reluctance to try, etc.). Life is like a play, it all depends on acting skills! If you can't do the game well, you can start over, but it's hard to have a second chance after completing the work. In the face of various challenges in work and life, everyone should participate in every cooperation with a mindset of "small self" and "big self" in order to innovate and grow.
2. Compliance with rules and discipline is very important. Our team had a colleague who was punished for not following discipline during the military training stage, and the reason for this was due to a lack of respect for the rules. Everything in the world has established laws, and we should respect nature, as well as public order, good customs, and organizational rules. In terms of company management, systems govern people, and systems are discipline, which is used to regulate and constrain everyone. It's hard to imagine a team with loose organizational discipline winning a battle, and it's hard to imagine a company without standardized system management delivering good products and services to customers. Only when everyone is strict with themselves, the team is twisted into a rope, thinking and working together, can we win every battle.
3. Believe fully in the power of the team. When the 4.2-meter graduation wall stood in front of us, I believe the vast majority of my teammates, like me, felt a drumbeat in their hearts, 'How can we climb over it without any external strength?'? So what? Under the overall leadership of the team commander, some teammates served as ladders, some were responsible for protection, and some were responsible for lifting and stretching upwards. Ultimately, relying on the team's overall combat, we successfully crossed the graduation wall in 19 minutes and 55 seconds, surpassing the set goal for all 130 teammates. This is an example of a team wide operation. If you rely solely on your own efforts, it is impossible to climb up to the 4.2-meter position, let alone climb over. So, in a team or a collective, individual strength is insignificant. Everyone should do a good job of division of labor, trust team partners, and believe in the power of teamwork in order to achieve the set goals.
4. Clear goals and division of labor and collaboration are necessary. We achieved good results when flipping through the game with numbers 1-13, mainly by setting goals, understanding the game rules clearly, breaking down the big goals into quantifiable and executable small indicators, clear division of labor, everyone remembering their responsibilities and missions, and doing their best to execute them. Although we didn't get first place, the results were ideal and worthy of applause. The game is like this, but the work still remains. The issuance of each work order must have an ultimate goal, result oriented, quantified indicators, and strengthened cross departmental communication and collaboration to ensure the timely and successful completion of each order.
5. Work must have a process in order to achieve ideal results. The key to winning a T-word puzzle game is to understand the assembly steps. Seemingly simple four building blocks, if you can't remember steps 1-4 during assembly, fail to grasp the core essentials, and randomly assemble them, it may be time-consuming and laborious, and you may not be able to assemble them. Looking back at our work scenario, if the assembly of each product could be pre planned with a production process, process management, and gradually completed according to the process, the probability of errors would be reduced and the work would be twice as efficient.
6. Always hold a grateful heart. The crossing of the 4.2-meter graduation wall has left a deep impression on many of us, that is, if you don't climb on someone else's shoulder and no one pulls you, you will never be able to complete the crossing. Being able to recognize this can generate a resonance of gratitude. The arrival of our lives; Growing up in kindergarten, primary school, junior high school, high school, and university, every achievement requires the education and care of teachers and teachers; Leaving campus and entering society, we receive assistance from many people in various aspects such as employment, dating, marriage, and childbirth. Entering the enterprise, the company provides us with opportunities to grow and experience. Without a company platform, where can you unleash your great ambitions. 7. We cannot stick to conventions, we must be good at breaking away from fixed thinking. In the game of paper transmission, our thinking only stays at speeding up the transmission speed to grasp the initiative of time, but we don't know that no matter how fast the speed is, it cannot exceed the limit of more than ten seconds. When they learned that the fastest speed was 0.16 seconds, all the friends were shocked. How did others do it? Others are changing traditional thinking by crumpling paper and falling from high altitude onto the fingers surrounded by everyone. So, we cannot blindly rely on experience and inherent thinking, and break away from the existing thinking pattern. Many work and life processes may be a new world.
8. To learn how to delegate power, actively listen to subordinates' opinions and adopt them reasonably. The leader of a team, no matter how high and powerful they are, cannot make decisions beforehand, guarantee during the process, and regret afterwards. They should exercise unilateral decision-making and not engage in democratic decision-making, which may lead to missing many opportunities. On the contrary, putting aside one's dignity, listening to elegant words, and practicing good faith can greatly benefit the healthy, stable, and stable development of the team.

In work, we may focus on self-awareness and even want to go beyond the rules and do things on our own. Decision makers need to have good analytical skills, judgment skills, decision-making abilities, overall awareness, and team spirit.
