As the cost of linear motor modules gradually decreases, they are gradually approaching the cost of linear modules. In terms of use, linear motors have many natural advantages, such as stroke, speed, accuracy, maintenance, etc.
1. Module travel: Compared to limited lead, the slender ratio of the screw and the travel of the linear motor can be infinitely spliced, allowing for the addition of multiple rotors to meet special customer requirements.
2. Module response: High dynamic response, ordinary linear modules can achieve up to 1G acceleration, while linear motors can achieve ultra-high acceleration of 3-5G.

3. Module accuracy: The positioning accuracy with grating or magnetic grating is one level higher than that of photoelectric sensors. The maximum can reach 0.001mm, while the repeat positioning accuracy of the screw module is only 0.01mm.
4. Easy maintenance: The lead screw module requires continuous maintenance and oiling after prolonged use, and the synchronous belt module belt may become loose, worn, or even scrapped and replaced. The characteristics of linear motors are natural non-contact operation, few faults, maintenance free, safe and reliable operation, and long service life.
5. High rigidity: Linear motors have no gap in kinetic energy transmission, and there is reverse clearance between the screw and synchronous wheel. In terms of rigidity, linear motors are much higher.
