The Perovskite P2/P3 Integrated Laser Scribing System utilizes a picosecond laser to process perovskite layers,
light absorption layers, or metal electrode layers. By leveraging the effects of short-duration,
high-peak-power pulses, the system ensures that scribing is performed on
the material surface without creating "craters" at the edges.
The processing results are controllable and stable, enabling precise depth control to selectively
remove the target film layers without damaging the underlying substrate (TCO). Furthermore,
the system delivers excellent flatness and consistency at the bottom of the scribed lines.
