The Perovskite P1/P4 Integrated Laser Scribing and Edge Deletion System not only fulfills
the requirements for P1 laser scribing:
It removes the TCO layer, ensuring that the resistance across the P1 scribe lines exceeds 20 MΩ;
Furthermore, it leaves no residual TCO material within the scribe grooves while causing no damage to the glass substrate.
Concurrently, it also meets the requirements for P4 laser edge deletion:
Utilizing laser technology, the P4 process removes the deposited films from the edges
of the solar cell, thereby defining the designated area for subsequent encapsulation;
This process removes all film layers situated above the substrate without causing any damage to the substrate itself.
