Application Scenarios

By directing a high-energy laser beam onto the battery surface, charge carriers are excited to generate a localized, high-density current.

Simultaneously, a reverse bias voltage is applied; the combined effect of the laser irradiation and the reverse bias 

induces a high-density current flow across the contact interface at specific localized points.

This process triggers mutual diffusion between the metal grid lines and the silicon substrate, 

establishing a robust silver-silicon contact that effectively reduces contact resistance.

Crucially, this is achieved without causing widespread damage to the passivation layer, 

thereby enabling an increase in both open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current.

Consequently, the overall conversion efficiency of the solar cell is significantly enhanced.
