Several tolerances of ball screw are marked on the accuracy of the installation position of the ball screw:

1. Measure the radial circular offset value of the supporting part of the screw relative to the thin surface curve A.


2. Measure the coaxiality of the component installation location relative to the axis F of the ball screw support part.


3. Measure the right angle of the end face of the supporting part relative to the curve E of the ball screw.


4. Measure the perpendicularity of the mounting surface of the flange on the reference surface of the nut relative to the ball screw G.


5. Measure the coaxiality of the outer circumference (cylindrical shape) of the nut relative to the ball screw A.


6. Measure the parallelism of the outer edge of the nut (flat head mounting surface) relative to the ball screw C.


7. The total offset value in the radial direction of the axis of the ball screw.


The screw accuracy described here is based on the national JIS B 1192-1997 standard.
