Precautions for the installation of motor bases for European standard belt modules and synchronous belt linear modules:
The concentricity adjustment of the motor seat and synchronous belt module shaft has been completed before leaving the factory. If the customer removes the motor seat, the concentricity must be adjusted before use, otherwise it will cause premature damage to the coupling!

The locking screw does not have a centering function, and the concentricity error can reach 0.6mm by relying solely on the locking screw for positioning (the concentricity error of a single diaphragm coupling needs to be less than 0.1mm)
45 # rigid coupling (coaxiality adjustment auxiliary tool, after adjustment, the diaphragm coupling needs to be replaced)
Insert the motor seat locking screw thread (not locked) and put it into the 45 # rigid coupling
The correct steps for installing the synchronous belt linear module motor base are:
1. After installing the servo motor, pre lock one motor seat fixing screw.
2. Remove the servo motor and 45 # rigid coupling, and tighten the three motor seat fixing screws.
3. Install the diaphragm coupling.
4. The installation of the servo motor is completed.
