With the continuous breakthrough of RYK Jiayi's intelligent equipment business volume, the production volume of linear modules has risen sharply, reaching a monthly production capacity of nearly 3000 linear modules including synchronous belt modules, screw modules, and linear motor modules. All departments of the production department have been working overtime to meet customers' quality requirements.

The production of linear modules began with the processing of aluminum profiles, and the monthly processing capacity of large Prada profile processing centers and CNC precision machining has exceeded 50 tons of aluminum profiles.

The aluminum profiles of RYK linear modules have all applied for patented design, with a sturdy and durable structure, good straightness and flatness.

On April 15th, the 30 ton straight module aluminum profiles customized from the aluminum profile manufacturer arrived late just before the end of work, and overtime unloading at night was inevitable.

Under the command of the Materials Department, more than 10 colleagues from each department placed aluminum profiles on the designated shelves.

After two hours of effort, all 30 tons of aluminum profiles, including 170 rails, 200 rails, 100 rails, 80 rails, base and cover plates, were accurately stored.
