1. Preparation of linear module data: including overall assembly drawings, component assembly drawings, non-standard customized part drawings, material lists, etc. From here to the end, it is necessary to ensure the completeness and tidiness of the drawings, as well as the completeness of the process information records.


2. Venue preparation: The placement and assembly of linear module components must be carried out in designated work areas. The placement of products in a clean area must be clearly planned until the end of the entire order task. All work areas must be kept tidy, standardized, and orderly.   


3. Material preparation: Before the operation, the assembly materials according to the straight module assembly process must be in place on time. If some non critical materials are not in place on time, the operation sequence can be changed according to the actual situation, and relevant personnel can follow up and urge the return work of the missing materials.


4. Skill preparation: Before assembly, the operator should understand the mechanical structure of the product and related assembly points, and be familiar with the technical requirements and processes.

2. Linear guide rail, also known as slide rail, linear guide rail, or linear slide rail, is used in linear reciprocating motion applications. It has a higher rated load than linear bearings and can withstand a certain amount of torque, enabling high-precision linear motion under high loads.

Aluminum alloy profiles have beautiful appearance, reasonable design, good rigidity, and reliable performance, making them ideal basic power components for combination machine tools and automatic lines with good dynamic performance The slide table has high stiffness, small thermal deformation, and high feed stability, ensuring actual accuracy under processing conditions (load).


4. The screw support seat adopts ultra small angular contact ball bearings with high rigidity and precision, which can achieve stable rotational performance. The internal bearings of deep groove ball bearings are filled with an appropriate amount of lithium soap based grease and sealed with special sealing gaskets, which can be directly installed and used for a long time.


5. The servo motor enables the slide table to move forward and backward quickly. By using ball screws and wire tracks to achieve high precision, the linear module can be controlled by PLC or directly controlled by a robotic arm control system. The motion speed and trajectory of the linear slide table can be programmed to meet various application requirements.
