Application Scenarios

The four-station laser relay welding system comprises fixtures, four material loading/unloading axes, three welding axes,

a coaxial air-blowing rotation mechanism, a PLC control system, a laser welding system, and other components.

It enables automated welding operations with manual loading and unloading of workpieces. 

Each unit of the welding station features a modular design, allowing for independent operation.

The laser output head is designed with an external, rotating coaxial air-blowing mechanism. 

This machine is capable of welding

two different models of ceramic relays; depending on the thickness of the workpiece, 

welding speeds can reach up to 20 mm/s.

Welding trajectories are programmed via CNC coding or a teach-in method, 

ensuring a fully automated welding process.

Welding programs are editable, and access permissions for operation and

modification can be configured; a 17-inch display is included as standard equipment.
