Application Scenarios
The dual-station relay welding platform comprises a fixture, a 3-axis welding mechanism,
a coaxial rotary shielding gas delivery structure, dual loading/unloading axes, a PLC control system,
and a laser welding system. It enables automated welding operations with manual loading and unloading.
Each unit of the welding platform features a modular design, allowing for independent operation.
The output head incorporates an external coaxial rotary shielding gas structure;
depending on the thickness of the workpiece, welding speeds of up to 20 mm/s can be achieved.
Welding trajectories are input via CNC programming or a teach-in method.
The welding process is fully automated, and welding programs can be modified as needed;
access permissions for operation and modification can be configured.
A 17-inch monitor is included as standard equipment.
