The complete line features a circular roller conveyor system, equipped with a gantry hoist and auxiliary
tooling fixtures.
Based on customer requirements, it is capable of executing a comprehensive range of PACK assembly
and inspection processes—including module loading into cases, installation of high-
and low-voltage connectors, BMS board installation,
wiring harness installation, water-cooling plate adhesive application, water-cooling plate installation,
DCR testing, air tightness testing, and EOL testing.
