Application Scenarios
The entire production line is centered around a dual-speed chain conveyor system and primarily encompasses
processes such as module assembly, module heating, pressurization, and resting;
tab bending and flattening; tab welding; FPC welding; post-weld visual inspection; insulation withstand voltage testing;
and weight and dimensional inspection.
The line is equipped with a 1500W/2000W single-mode continuous-wave laser and a high-power galvanometer scanner for welding,
characterized by high welding efficiency and stable quality.
The overall line throughput is 24 PPM, making it suitable for the production of pouch-type battery modules for HEV, PHEV,
and similar applications.
