Application Scenarios
The equipment utilizes galvanometer welding technology to significantly enhance welding efficiency.
It features a servo-motor-driven fixture that allows for adjustable clamping pressure; furthermore,
this pressure can be maintained at a constant level throughout the operation.
Equipped with high-precision displacement sensors, the system enables real-time monitoring
of the collapse value during the welding process.
Welding is immediately halted once the required collapse value is achieved.
A visual monitoring system is integrated to facilitate debugging and allow for the observation of welding results.
By utilizing a standardized equipment frame and enclosure, the system significantly
reduces the manufacturing lead time, thereby enabling rapid delivery.
