Application Scenarios
This equipment is custom-designed specifically for the laser wire-feeding
soldering process of PCB boards within the SMT industry.
The motion components of the entire system are controlled by servo motors,
ensuring high motion precision and rapid response speeds.
The complete XYZ 3-axis soldering motion assembly
is fully integrated into the machine frame and employs
a unique "bottom-up" soldering method;
this design ensures that the components mounted on the PCB
remain in an upright orientation throughout the laser wire-feeding soldering process.
Soldering positioning is achieved through a vision system that locks onto MARK points,
thereby establishing the relative positions of components on each PCB
and guaranteeing the accuracy of the soldering locations.
The equipment's primary operational workflow consists of automatic feeding,
automatic stopping and clamping, vision-guided solder joint positioning,
automatic wire-feeding and soldering, automatic unclamping and release,
and automatic unloading.
Customized process steps can also be added to accommodate specific product requirements.
