Application Scenarios
The laser system within this device utilizes high-intensity, pulsed laser energy to achieve ablation, etching, and vaporization,
thereby enabling the selective removal of mask or dielectric layers; specifically,
it is employed to remove the BSG layer from designated areas of solar cells.
This equipment supports an automated loading and unloading system and is designed to meet
customer requirements for integration with on-site AGV systems.
Cassettes are automatically transferred from the AGV onto the laser equipment's input conveyor belt;
after silicon wafers are retrieved from the cassettes by an automated handling mechanism,
they are transported directly to the downstream laser marking station;
subsequently, following precise positioning via a CCD vision system, the laser marking process is executed;
upon completion of the marking process, the wafers are conveyed via the output belt to an unloading cassette;
once the unloading cassette is full, it is transported via the conveyor belt to the designated on-site AGV for pickup.
