Application Scenarios

The system encompasses a wide range of equipment, including double-speed chain circulation lines, 

vertical lifts, dispensing machines, CCD-based visual inspection and ranging systems, 

busbar welding stations, and module flipping mechanisms.

The Pack assembly line features roller conveyors—integrated with vertical lifts—

and incorporates equipment for tasks such as case loading and transfer, 

module insertion and securing, assembly installation and fastening,

EOL (End-of-Line) testing, air tightness testing, and assisted offloading.

The complete line is primarily utilized for the production of battery modules and 

Packs for the 34191, 34207, 40166, and 46119 series.

It is configured with an intelligent EMS (Equipment Management System) information platform 

to facilitate real-time MES management of critical process parameters during assembly—

including material data, personnel information,and equipment status.
